Do you mix customer laundry?

Nope! Unlike some others, we keep all orders separate for sanitary reasons.

Should I separate my colors from darks and whites?

No need! Leave it to us, and you worry about enjoying your new-found time to yourself.

How much is your laundry service?

We don’t hide our prices! However, this might get a little long if we listed everything, so visit our Pricing Page for our full service offerings.

What should I put my dirty laundry in?

A 13 gallon trash bag is standard, however is not required. Any cinchable bag will work. Don’t worry about labeling your bags, our driver will take care of that.

When do I get my clothes back?

We return your clothes the next business day by 6pm.

What to expect for my first order?

We will arrive in our pick up time frame.

Have your items ready in the bags of your choice(trash bag or reusable). Separate any especially stained items that you need spot treated.

Make sure to double check your pockets, we are NOT responsible for items lost in the wash or damaged from items left in pockets such as chapstick, pens, lipstick, gum, etc.

From there, we take care of the rest!

The following day, our driver will return your belongings washed, folded, and hung if necessary. We will text you when we are on the way back to your home and again when it is on your doorstep.

Do y'all do anything for stain removal?

Sure! Set your stained items in a smaller separate bag and let us know. If you know what type of stain it is, please let us know with a note. Although we can’t guarantee its full removal, we’ll try hard for you.

Do we send undergarments?

Send everything you want washed, we don’t discriminate against underwear!

Can you air dry some items?

Sure! We can air dry items for $1 per piece. They will air dry in our large air conditioned room and return either hung or folded.

Do you offer dry cleaning?

We do not. We are experts in one service and we’re sticking to it for now!
